We’re sad to see you go! The check-out is scheduled on the day of departure before 11:00AM. Simply leave the key on the table and close the door behind you. And, of course, don’t forget to leave us a review on Google.
However, before you embark on your next adventure, make sure you have ticked the following things off your checklist .
If you subscribed upon arrival, remember to de-register at the city hall for this address.
To keep our appliances and furniture in good shape and avoid extra cleaning costs, please remove any build-up, stains, or residues from the kitchen counter, stove, dining table, and other surfaces.
Make sure all furniture is in its original place. (Need help? Please contact our office minimal 2 days prior to your departure).
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Make sure all tableware is clean or placed in the dishwasher, and remember to take any leftover food.
Unperishable products may be left behind in a shopping bag on the dining table. We will donate these items to the foodbank.
Please empty the garbage bins and avoid leaving any garbage behind, including paper, glass, and plastic.
Take all your personal belongings from the safe or closets. Just a friendly reminder that clothing hangers belong to CHF, and charges may apply if they're taken.
Before your departure, kindly turn off the lights and adjust the thermostat to 20°C. Leave the keys and parking transmitter (if applicable) on the dining table, and simply close the door behind you.
Please don’t take this the wrong way- we are not that bad-but failing to empty the bins and/or leave the apartment neat and tidy will result in a fine of €150.
