At Corporate Housing Factory we always schedule a check-in appointment with our arriving guests so that we can personally welcome you to your new (temporary) home. This meet and greet ensures that you have a smooth check-in experience.

Upon arrival, one of our service hosts will meet you at the property where you’ll be staying. Here we’ll hand over the keys, shortly explain a few things about the apartment (building), its facilities and provide some practical information such as local recommendations. Of course, you can also ask all the questions you might have about your stay.

To access the building, swipe the black electronic key on the small black reader on your left-hand side. Use the electronic key to open the second door that leads to the main hall. On your left you will find the elevator.

Key-safe check-in

Use your personal entry code (white/grey keypad) to open the main entrance door. Once in the hallway you will find the key safe on your left hand-side. Use your personal code to open the safe and follow the instructions you have received by email. You can now take the electronic key out of the key-safe. Use the electronic key to open the second door that leads to the main hall.
