Stuffed puff pastry by Lisa Gritter

Lisa Gritter our Senior Marketing Specialist loves spending time in the kitchen. One of her favourite dishes is her stuffed puff pastry. Luckily she shared the recipe with us, so we can make and enjoy it too!

INGREDIENTS (2 persons)

• Roll of puff pastry (1x)

• 200 gram minced chicken

• Mixed bag of broccoli and cauliflower (250 gr)

• 50 gram herb cream cheese

• 50 gram grated cheese

• 50 gram Feta cheese

PREPARATION METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (Celsius). Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the minced chicken.

2. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower florets into small pieces. Mix in a bowl with the herb cream cheese, the grated cheese and the minced chicken.

3. Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking tray with baking paper. Cut in the sides, but leave the inner strip whole. Cover this strip with the filling and fold the sides inwards over the filling. Cover the dough with a thin layer of milk. Bake the stuffed puff pastry in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

4. Almost ready! Now cut a piece of the filled puff pastry for everyone and serve with some cubes of feta cheese.

Bon appetite!
