The Samsung television is programmed as “hotel tv” and therefore does not support the Netflix app or any other app. Watching Netflix on the tv screen can be done by streaming via WiFi using another device, such as mobile phone, tablet or laptop. Make sure that both devices (television & personal device) are connected to the same WiFi network.
